*All preschoolers must be potty trained and turning 3 by Sept. 1
Our Performing Arts Preschool class introduces three-year-olds to creativity through music, movement, and playful learning. Children enjoy daily singing time, where they explore rhythm, melody, and vocal expression through age-appropriate songs and activities. Dance time encourages coordination, confidence, and imagination as students learn simple steps, creative movement, and group routines. Along with foundational preschool skills, this class helps young learners build communication, confidence, and a love for the arts in a fun, supportive environment.
Miss Serena brings a lifetime of performance and teaching experience to Daybreak School of Fine Arts. A licensed Utah teacher, she has taught music specialty classes and a variety of grades, blending her love for the arts with strong educational foundations. With a background in ballroom and country swing, extensive choir directing experience, and piano competency, she inspires students of all ages to explore music, movement, and creativity. Miss Serena is also a dedicated parent and educator, having taught her own children phonics, and is passionate about nurturing confidence and a lifelong love of the arts in every child she teaches.
Preschool will follow the Jordan School District calendar. A parent performance will be presented in May.
